Born in 1888 Margaret Tarrant was the daughter of Percy Tarrant, the landscape painter.  She studied art at Clapham School of Art and worked mainly for the Medici Society.

Her work depicted flowers and fairies in a clear and dainty style that has remained popular over the years. These pictures make lovely gifts and are particularly suited to children who will be sure to weave all sorts of stories around them.

The pictures that I have available either show individual fairies with flowers or plants or are illustrations of well known nursery rhymes.  All of them are presented in an ivory coloured mount ready for you to choose your own frame.

If you are buying a print as a present I offer a full gift wrapping service for a small additional charge and I have a selection of blank greetings cards to complete your purchase.
