Mounted Print - Catching The Train

This illustration by Molly Brett shows the little steam train almost ready to leave Warren Junction in the woods. The fireman is still building the fire in the engine but the driver is watching the chaos on the platform with impatience.  Mouse is still buying a ticket, Squirrel is having his ticket checked by Owl, Mrs Bunny is trying to hustle her brood onto the train but they are over-excited and their belongings are scattered over the platform.  Mr Bunny is still hurrying through the woods to join them for their summer holiday by the seaside.  Two swallows are having their luggage checked by Hedgehog.

By the line a train spotter squirrel is collecting data and a blue tit hangs upside down observing all the frenetic activity as everyone rushes to catch the train.  And there is a lot of activity in this vibrant picture!
